Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Webzy at webzy.online. Creating an account means accepting them. They sit alongside our Privacy Policy and Refunds & Cancellation Policy, which form part of the same agreement.

Webzy turns a written description into a working application. You describe what you want, OpenAI's Astra drafts the source code, then reviews and revises it in a separate pass before Webzy applies them. The result runs in a preview you can edit by clicking on it. Web projects can be published to a public URL; mobile projects produce React Native source.

• You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and give accurate details when you sign up.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account, including anything built with your credits.
• One person or organisation per account. Do not share credentials.
• Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access.

You can start with signup credits and publish web projects on the Free plan. Paid plans include more credits, custom domains, badge removal, GitHub integration and additional project types. All plans use Astra to draft and review AI-generated changes while credits are available. The base monthly prices are Pro at $25 for 50 credits, Pro Max at $75 for 100 credits, Ultra Pro Max at $175 for 150 credits . Card prices may vary by currency and applicable tax; checkout shows the price and billing period before payment.

• Card plans renew. Paddle processes recurring subscriptions at the interval shown in checkout until you cancel. Use the customer-portal link in your Paddle confirmation email to manage or cancel a subscription. Cancellation through that portal takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Crypto plans are prepaid. You buy a 30-day period through NOWPayments. It does not renew automatically. Another crypto plan purchase adds to the remaining prepaid period.
• Credits are metered. Credits are spent on model usage and are measured by what you actually use rather than rounded up per turn.
• Nothing else is charged for. There is no separate charge per project, feature, repair or deploy. AI drafting and review consume credits through model usage.
• Top-ups are one-time purchases. Credit packs do not renew automatically or change your plan. Generation requires an available balance; if a turn uses more than remains, the balance can become negative and another turn requires a top-up. A generation can still fail.

Card checkout is hosted by Paddle, our merchant of record. Cryptocurrency checkout is hosted by NOWPayments, with the amount of coin calculated at checkout from the US-dollar price. We do not receive full card details or wallet private keys.

We may change prices. A change never affects a period you have already paid for, and the current prices are always the ones shown on the pricing page.

We own Webzy itself — the platform, its interface, its prompts and its templates. Nothing here grants you rights to those beyond using the service.

Because generated code comes from a model trained on public sources, identical or near-identical output may be produced for someone else. We cannot and do not warrant that generated code is original or non-infringing, and you should treat it as you would any code you adapted from a public example.

Do not use Webzy to build or host:

• Anything illegal where you or your users are.
• Malware, phishing pages, credential harvesters, or sites impersonating a real person or business.
• Content that sexualises minors, incites violence, or harasses a specific person.
• Spam operations, or systems whose purpose is to evade another service's terms.

Do not attempt to extract our system prompts, resell model access through Webzy, or run automated load against the service beyond normal use. We may set reasonable rate limits.

Publishing puts your project on a subdomain of webzy.online. That site is yours, and you are responsible for its content, its compliance, and anything it collects from visitors.

We may take down a published site that breaches the acceptable use section above, and will tell you why. We may also remove sites from accounts that have had no plan for an extended period; we will give notice before doing so.

Webzy runs on services we do not control: model providers who generate the code, a hosting provider who serves it, a database provider who stores it, and a payment processor who takes payment. Their availability affects ours. The Privacy Policy names them and says what each receives.

Connectors you configure — GitHub, Vercel, Supabase and others — are your accounts with those companies, governed by their terms. We store the credentials encrypted and use them only to do what you asked.

We aim to keep Webzy running and to keep your work safe, but the service is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, that a generation will succeed, or that generated code will be fit for a particular purpose.

Keep your own copies of anything important. Project source-code downloads from the editor require an active Pro plan or higher.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data, or the consequences of code that a model wrote and you deployed without review.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

You can stop at any time. Cancel a card subscription through Paddle to stop future renewals, or let a prepaid crypto period expire. Contact us to request account deletion, as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. Where the breach is not serious we will contact you first. If we close your account without cause, we will refund any unused plan period and unused credits.

We may update these terms. When a change materially affects your rights — particularly anything about ownership, pricing or liability — we will notify account holders before it takes effect. The date at the top always reflects the current version.
