Refunds & Cancellation

Webzy sells two separate things, and they refund differently.

• A plan — access to a paid tier. Base monthly prices are Pro $25, Pro Max $75, Ultra Pro Max $175. Card plans recur at the interval and price shown in checkout. Crypto purchases buy a 30-day period, and another crypto purchase extends the remaining prepaid time.
• Credits — metered usage of the AI models. Every plan includes a credit allowance for the period — how many depends on the tier — and more can be bought in packs.

Starting a project, generating features, fixing bugs and publishing to a live URL are not charged for on their own. Only model usage consumes credits.

For a card subscription, use the customer-portal link in your Paddle confirmation email, or get help at Paddle buyer support. Cancellation through the portal stops renewal at the end of the current billing period. Cancelling a subscription is separate from requesting a refund.

Crypto periods expire without another charge. Credit top-ups are one-time purchases. When all paid periods expire, your account returns to Free. Your projects and files remain, and Free still supports web publishing and the same drafting and review models with available credits. Paid features such as custom domains, badge removal, GitHub integration and additional project types require a current paid plan.

Within 14 days of payment we will refund:

• A plan period you have not used. We check use of the paid-plan features when reviewing this; publishing on Free or access to a particular model is not itself a paid-plan benefit.
• Credits you have bought and not yet spent. Partly used packs are refunded in proportion to the credits still on your balance.
• Any payment taken twice for the same thing, at any time, without a window.
• Any payment for a service that did not work — a generation that produced nothing, a deploy that never completed — at any time.

Outside that window we will still look at anything that seems unfair. The window is a commitment, not a limit on our discretion.

Credits that have already been spent on generation cannot be refunded. When you run a build, we pay the model providers for drafting and review. That cost is incurred the moment the work runs and cannot be recovered by us, whether or not you liked the result.

If a generation failed outright and produced nothing, that is not a spent credit — it is a service that did not work, and it is refundable. Tell us and we will check the job.

Paddle processes card payments as merchant of record. Approved card refunds are handled through Paddle. You can contact us using the details below or request help from Paddle buyer support. Paddle's buyer terms and refund policy also apply to its checkout.

Cryptocurrency payments are processed through NOWPayments. Unlike a card payment, a blockchain transaction cannot be reversed by us or by anyone else. A refund is therefore a new payment we send to you, not a cancellation of yours.

• We refund to a wallet address you give us, on the same network you paid from. We cannot refund to a different chain.
• The network fee for sending the refund is deducted from the amount. This is charged by the blockchain, not by us.
• Refunds are calculated in US dollars — the currency the price was set in — and sent as the equivalent in your coin at the time of the refund. If the coin has moved against the dollar since you paid, the amount of coin you receive will differ from the amount you sent.
• We may instead offer the refund as credits on your account, at full dollar value with no fee deducted. You are free to decline and take the crypto refund.

• Underpaid — the amount received was less than the invoice. Nothing is credited. Send the difference against the same invoice, or contact us and we will refund what arrived.
• Expired — the invoice timed out before payment arrived. Nothing was charged. Start a new checkout.
• Paid but not credited — reopen the billing page to check its status. If a completed payment still shows unpaid, contact us with the order reference or crypto transaction hash so we can investigate and reconcile it.
• Wrong coin or wrong network — funds sent outside the invoice, to a different chain, or after expiry may not be recoverable. Contact us with the transaction hash and we will tell you honestly whether it can be retrieved.

Email billing@webzy.online from the address on your account, with the payment date and roughly what you bought. You do not need to give a reason.

We aim to reply within two business days and to send approved refunds within five. Every payment you have made is listed with its status on your billing page, which is the fastest way to find the one you mean.

Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer law. If you are a consumer in the UK or the EU you generally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract — which is why our own window matches it, for everyone, regardless of where you are.

That right normally ends for digital content once supply has begun with your consent. In practice: buying a plan and immediately publishing a site, or buying credits and spending them, is consumption. Buying and not using is not, and remains refundable for the full window.
